I have no reservations in recommending Richard as a real estate professional. And he is a professional. Richard didn't lose his calm and thoughtful demeanour in what was a wild week of multiple offers. He treated my tenant without the utmost care and respect, so that she wasn't unduly disturbed by viewings. Richard is very knowledgeable about what is a very hot property market. But when there was a sticky point with one offer he didn't try to bluff his way through it (like I think many realtors would), but checked with his governing body before recommending a course of action.
